Rates include breakfast which is a combination of cold buffet and full English breakfast.

Child Policy:
  • Children under 5 years stay free of charge and we provide cots or small camp beds on request.
  • Children 5 years to 13 years are charged at half price
  • Aged 14 and over pay adult rate
Cancellation policy :
  • From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% of the deposit
  • From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit
  • Less than 7 days the guest forfeit the full deposit
